  Geepas exclusively launches ‘service on wheels’. A personalized customer service experience on the move. Care towards our privileged customers has always been the brand’s utmost priority, and this launch enhances our support to the next level. The consumer industry will be looking at embracing a unique concept that aims at bringing ‘Customer service to the consumer’s doorstep’.

 Gcare service manager, Sutheesh Kumar further points out ‘Every customer would want to have the best in after-sales service. We want our consumers to have the best after-sales support they can receive. They deserve it. This initiative is meant to serve consumers & dealers onsite right at their doorstep’.

  ‘Service on wheels’ will be traveling to key consumer touch points, residential zones and labor camps. Consumers will have demonstrations of Geepas range of products. Products under warranty will be received at the counter for repairs and will be dispatched to the consumer when ready.  Queries pertaining to the products will be readily addressed by onsite technicians

  The Vice President Kalyan Singh emphasizes on the importance of the initiative ‘In an attempt to provide the best customer service, it is important that our customer concerns are given first priority and effectively managed within the shortest span of time. The project not only looks at providing excellent customer service in the region but also makes sure that every Geepas customer walks out as a satisfied customer’.
